To uphold our commitment to high-end quality, we do not carry stock. Every cookie is crafted specifically for its intended recipient and fulfilled immediately upon completion.
CARE & PRESERVATION
To maintain the integrity of our craft, store at room temperature in an airtight environment or in their original individual packaging. While our cookies are best enjoyed within the first seven days, they will remain fresh for up to six weeks. For long-term preservation, they may be frozen for up to six months.
THE EXPERIENCE
Our signature cookie is defined by a soft, delicate crumb with a vanilla bean finish. While this remains our Le Cookie standard, we offer bespoke flavour developments for custom commissions upon request (subject to a premium consultation fee).
THE SCALE
Our signature cookies typically range from 3 to 4 inches in diameter. As each set is tailored to a specific design or brand requirement, the final scale may vary. You will be quoted and priced based on the complexity and dimensions of the chosen forms.
SECURE YOUR BOOKING
We require a 25% initial retainer to confirm all commissions. Final investment must be settled in full before the release of your order for collection or delivery. This structure allows us to maintain the highest standard of excellence for your specific timeline.
LEAD TIMES & AVAILABILITY
To ensure the highest level of craftsmanship, we recommend a minimum lead time of two weeks. During peak seasons, such as weddings and brand activations our calendar reaches capacity further in advance; therefore, immediate booking is encouraged.
